What is MTW?
Mindful Twerking (MTW) was created as a structured container for adults who want to heal out loud on purpose. It blends culturally rooted movement with mindfulness practices and evidence-based behavioral tools to support emotional regulation, consistency, and self-trust.
MTW is not simply a dance class. It is a guided experience designed to help participants reconnect to their bodies safely and intentionally.
Who MTW is For / Not For
For: people seeking embodiment, consistency, emotional release, healing-out-loud on purpose
Not for: “another performance opportunity,” or treating twerking as only sexual/only physical
