 What is MTW?


Mindful Twerking Wurkshop (MTW) is a movement methodology blending twerking, mindfulness, emotional awareness, aerobics, evidence based behavioral tactics, and body autonomy.


MTW was created as a structured container for adults who want to heal out loud on purpose. It blends culturally rooted movement with mindfulness practices and evidence-based behavioral tools to support emotional regulation, consistency, and self-trust.


It combines:

  • Dance-based exercise
  • Mindfulness practices
  • Behavioral insight
  • Emotional regulation tools
The goal is not performance — the goal is embodiment, awareness, and self-trust.

MTW is not simply a dance class.

It is a guided experience designed to help participants reconnect with their bodies safely, intentionally, and without performance pressure.
